This is a 10T-gantry crane manufactured and installed for an Indonesian customer. In order to meet all of the customer’s requirements in regard to their loading by shipping method, we disconnected the main girder from the three interfaces and connected them via flanges with high-strength bolts.

Pictured here is one of our 100T-cranes manufactured for a hydropower station of the Qingshui reservoir in Hunan.
Given the high air humidity of the hydropower station, we decided to use a high-quality carbon structural steel crane. The components of the crane were then painted to add corrosion and oxidation resistance. This resulted in a crane that met all of the customer’s high-quality requirements.

In response to a few problems that customers proposed about the formation of fatigue cracks in the main force components of the crane, we have adopted the following countermeasures:
1) Perform physical and chemical testing on steels, make sure that they can meet the design requirements.
