Dongguan Taixin operates a 13,000 square meter production facility made up of a series of workshops for various functions. This includes our single/double-girder production workshop, alloy processing workshop, assembly workshop, electrical equipment workshop, casting workshop, and workshops for heating treatment, paint spraying, production testing, and more. These facilities are outfitted with advanced equipment and tools, including our CNC cutting machines, automatic welding machines, plate shears, sheet metal bending machines, press machines, grinding machines, boring lathes, milling machines, gear shapers, gear hobber, X-ray flaw detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, and heat-treating equipment, material-preprocessing equipment, sand blasting equipment, 300t-test plate, and metal cutting machine tools.
As mentioned earlier, our plant is made up of a series of different workshops, now we would like to introduce you to our five main workshops:
1. Single-girder Workshop
The single-girder workshop is mainly used for manufacturing different models of our single- girder cranes.
2. Double-girder Workshop
The double-girder workshop is designed for all kinds of double-girder cranes.
3. Hoist Workshop
The hoist workshop is mainly used for manufacturing electric hoists.
4. Machining Workshop
The machining workshop is mainly used for the processing of all kinds of accessories, especially the parts and auxiliary equipment of cranes.
5. Painting Workshop
In the painting workshop, we can finish spraying lacquer for all the materials that need paint spraying.
1. CNC Cutting Machine
CNC cutting machines are digitally controlled cutters that are used for carving steel plates and parts of our cranes and other devices.
2. Automatic Welding Machine
Automatic welding machines are used to weld the welding parts. Compared to normal welding machines, our automatic welding machines have advantages of improving the molding appearance and other intrinsic qualities.
3. Plate Shears
With plate shears, we can apply shear force on the metal plate material of different thickness.
4. Bending Machine
Using the bending machine, we can bend sheet metal into machine parts with different kinds of shapes according to the design drawing.
5. Press Machine
Press machines are capable of cutting, punching, blanking, bending, riveting and forming various materials during the manufacturing process. It carries out high pressure on metal blanks to form the parts due to plastic deformation and rupture.
Grinding machines are used for grinding the materials with high hardness, such as quenched-hardened steels, hard alloys, etc. These grinding processes are completed with high precision and can realize fine surface roughness. Our grinding machines are also capable of efficient grinding, for example, abrasive grinding, etc.
7. Boring-Milling Machine
With the boring and milling machine, we can use the boring cutter to bore through workpieces according the existing prefabricated hole, and also finish the surface processing with the milling cutter.
8. Gear Shaping Machine
Gear shaping machine are mainly used to process compound gears and internal gears, and can also process gear racks when finish assembling the accessories.
9. Gear Hobbing Machine
With our gear hobbing machine, we can not only cut straight tooth cylindrical gears and skewed tooth cylindrical gears, but also process worm gears, chain wheels and so on.
10. X-ray Flaw Detector
X-ray flaw detectors are mainly used for weld joint inspections, especially the inner drawbacks including the weld porosity, slag inclusion, lack of penetration (lack of root fusion) and so on.
11. Ultrasonic Flaw Detector
The main use of the ultrasonic flaw detector is to detect, locate, evaluate and diagnose the flaws inside the workpieces, such as cracks, weld porosity, slag inclusion.
12. Sand Blasting Equipment
The function of the sand blasting equipment is spraying the spray materials onto the workpieces surface that need to be dealt with. Usually their appearance or shape can be changed, finally the surface of workpieces will be corrosion resistant.
13. Metal Cutting Machine Tools
Metal cutting machine tools are usually used to process metal workpieces by cutting and grinding methods, so that metal workpieces can be formed into the desired geometric shape, dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
14. Whole Machine Test Bench
Using the whole machine test bench, we can test our cranes with whole machine examination, including visual inspection, no-load test, static load test, rated load test and dynamic load test.
